Self talk is the key.

How you talk to and deal with yourself is critical. Do you want to keep beating yourself up for everything you do wrongly or would you prefer to praise yourself for all your positive actions.

Wouldn’t you prefer to keep your inner voice always positive? When you learn how to keep your inner voice positive and supportive then your life will begin to change.

When I first realised how negative I was to my self I was shocked. I had this inner voice, self talk, life commentary that was ongoing and at times very negative. In two weeks I had changed it round using a simple technique which you can learn by going to this page.
